With over 15 years designing subsystems for the aerospace/defence markets (General /Commercial Aviation,Missile Systems, Bomb Ejection, Engine Fuel Systems, ...) as well as a US manufacture of commercial products...Not only do we understand the assemblies but all constraints and complexity associated with these markets. We have been tasked throughout our careers to implement cost saving efforts on hundreds of manufactured components with the main charter of reducing cost at the top level. We review all the component level requirements as they relate to the most efficient manufacturing method and recommend feature combinations to aid the manufacturing process.
